STEP 1:
Contact us for our flight availability for your preferred date.
If we have availability, we will take a £50 deposit to secure the flight.

STEP 2:
Book your stay at the Swan Hotel quoting ‘Chris Monk Ballooning Wells Flight’ and you will be offered a 15% on the room rate for that date, with a 24 hour full refund cancellation policy.

On booking, the Swan Hotel will give you an offer code that you quote to us to take a further 15% off our two person private balloon flight rate.

STEP 3:
We will keep you updated with the latest forecasts prior to your booked flight and confirm the flight status 48 hours prior to the flight allowing you to cancel your stay at The Swan should the weather not be flyable.

Our flights are exclusive in that we only fly 2 or 3 people in our basket and we tailor the experience around you. We take a small deposit to secure your flying slot and will only ask for full payment when we know the flight is 95% certain, around one or two days prior to the flight. If the weather is poor and we can’t fly we will work with you to find another opportunity to fly, or return the full payment to you.

We fly from exclusive launch sites near the Glastonbury Tor and near Wells Cathedral. The flight is roughly one hour and you should allow around 3 hours for the whole experience and we serve a celebratory glass of fizz on landing!

The cost for two people in our basket is £325 per passenger.
The cost for three people in our basket is £265 per passenger.
 
All that we will need from you is a confirmation of passenger names, approximate weights, contact number, and any preferred date(s) you would like to fly, plus a deposit of £50 to secure the slot.
